Hi, I'm Debbie.
I live in the beautiful countryside of rural North Canterbury on roughly 15 acres. I share my living space with a Hubby and two children - Master Fifteen and Miss Seven. We are all accompanied by four cats, a dog, a constantly changing number of chickens, pigs, cattle and now sheep.
Miss Seven counted our animals recently and came up with 27. I told her she missed out the children in that count.
We're trying to live the "good life" and be self-sufficient as sensibly as possible. We've made mistakes and will probably continue to do so, but hopefully this will help a few others avoid my mistakes and have a chuckle at some of my adventures.
